Hoteles Presidente approved by ChileCompra for Framework Agreement

On December 7, 2011, the Public Procurement Division of the State of Chile, ChileCompra, approved the adjudication by Hoteles Presidente of the entering into the “Accommodation, Rooms and Food Services” Framework Agreement, which gives a strong position against future state procurements in relation to these services.

The system consists of national public contracts in which companies that meet the requirements of the bases, are adjudicated and become preferred suppliers to enter the public market in the ChileCompra Express Framework Agreements virtual store, the country’s largest.

“What’s most required by more than 850 utilities, municipalities and the Armed Forces is available in this electronic catalog, the first legal option to purchase for state agencies”, according to ChileCompra’s website.

The benefits listed in their page are:

- Quality assurance and advantageous commercial terms.
- Convenient discounts and bounded delivery times.

Finally, they note that “The framework agreements mode is a tool to serve a more efficient supply management.”

Thanks to this adjudication, Hoteles Presidente is now present in the corresponding Framework Agreement’s Virtual Store, and it allows us to offer the quality of service, that our customers know, to the State of Chile and its agencies in a special way.
